Paula, Sidney, and Mike had a great time fishing with Papa Joe today. Paula and Mike normally fish fresh water so they were surprised at the fight in these reds. They kept a couple on the half shell to grill and the rest prepared for Papa Joe's recipe that can be found on this web site. Here is the photo. For some reason, we fisherman always need proof.
