Papa Joe and his good friend E.J. made an evening bass trip today, deep into the Louisiana swamp. A place were you can't always get to because most times the water level is to low. A place were the birds hide, the gators are big, and the bugs are thick. A place were in these 90 deg. temperatures the fish only bite 45 minutes before dark and its absolutely necessary to get out quick by dark thirty. They had a lot of fun with the bass. Here is a picture of Papa Joe with his lunker of the night. E.J. had one slightly larger. This spring these bass will be accessable to to everyone as they move out for the spawn. Both guys are looking forward to that.
